Halloween 2008: Costume Teasers

It's been a veritable Halloween Sweatshop over here, people! I won't spill the costumes until tonight, but here are some in-production sneak peaks.

I know what you're thinking: Pepto-Bismol tab and Santa Claus? Sadly, no, but maybe next year. Stay tuned...

A leprechaun, perhaps? (Hey, who couldn't use a pot of gold?)

Love the new/special Halloween banner.

Looking forward to the big reveal later.

Pepto Bismol? Oooh, fizzy!

Finished up on our costumes last night...Alvin (yellow felt "A" sewn to red hoodie) and Indiana Jones (too-large leather coat modified for a 9 year old plus a whip made from a partially disected jump rope & brown electrical tape).

You're a dedicated Mom. Lord knows I never tried that hard. I didn't have the proper Halloween genes, being Dutch and all. I can't wait to see the outcome. I am very curious, but I don't have a clue. I'm not that bright, ha ha.

Is that some Yo Gabba Gabba goodness that you're cooking up?

I thought Costume #1 had something to do with a Native American but I can't figure out the pink circle (small pox??). #2, an angel? Or Mr. Heat Mizer.

You are indeed an awesome mom, regardless. Don't tell my kids; expectations will be raised and hopes will be dashed.
