Ellie's lion costume from two years ago, which he really loved. The results were so cute, with all the blue eyes and sandy mane and cherubic pinkness, that you can't even see his actual costume, Deeply Skeptical And Slightly Shrieky CaveTot, underneath.

He's tricky like that.
(Actual, rejected costume reveal tomorrow, as modeled by Ellie, who is both really, really game and willing to do anything for a scrap of Halloween loot. A girl after my own heart, that one.)

Absolutely courageous.
Very clever title, I must say. We recycled costumes here too this year, but they were our plan A and not plan B. :) Can't wait to see the original costume!
He is so stinkin' cute!
I can't wait to see Ellie in "Plan A" as she pimps herself out for some candy....
(wakes up, sees Jimmy, faints again)
He's so beautiful. Glad he was able to hide his true costume!
He looks so cozy and happy.
You're a good mom, Ms. Beanpaste, flexible and all that.
What an adorable costume! He's a cutie for sure.
Roarrrr!
I know it's not the costume you planned on, but he's absolutely adorable as a little lion.
You are a Halloween genius.
It's official - your kids are the cutest kids to EVER WALK THE EARTH.
Well he sure looks good as a courageous, albeit somewhat bashful, lion. Those blue eyes are really astonishing.
Gawd Mel! Your kids are so freakin' adorable I can hardly stand it! That is the cutest lion, hands down, that I have EVER seen. And the Garden Gnome in the next post? Priceless! Just priceless!
